I promise you to share from My travel experiences in Costa Rica and I have to admit that is easy to say but not easy to do! Why? – because I am under the magic spell of this country and its beauty- so many great feelings and experiences and so little words to describe it! How can few words describe the magic of this country? Well I will try but best way is: go there and you will never forget and once you been there the idea to go back will be not a dream but a decision!
The country stands apart from its Central American neighbors on various points. The first is that IT HAS NO ARMY! armed forces were abolished in 1948 and so instead of spending money on army they invest in education and health.
The country is also unique globally for is enlightened approach to conservation. More than 27% of the country is protected in one form or another and more than 14% is within its national park system.
I have to say that is very clean and the word ,pollution,, forget about- you don’t need it here!
Lush jungles are home to playful monkeys, languid sloths, crocodiles, countless lizards, poison-dart frogs and mind-boggling assortment of exotic birds, insects and butterflies. Endangered sea turtles nest on both coasts and cloud forests protect elusive birds and jungle cats.
Despite its tiny size, Costa Rica it encompasses one of the world’s most diverse natural landscapes.
Divided by a series of volcanic mountain chains that run the length of the country from Nicaragua to Panama, Costa Rica hosts markedly different climates on its Pacific and Caribbean sides.
The Pacific coastline is an excellent habitat for surfers and infinitely varied : rugged, rocky headlands alternating with classic white sand beaches and palm trees make this a tropical paradise. The landscapes of the Pacific lowlands are equally dynamics, ranging from dry forests and open cattle country in the north to lush and magnificent tropical rain forests in the south.
The Caribbean coastline is strongly inundated with brackish lagoons and waterlogged forests.
Running down the center of the country , the mountainous spine of Costa Rica is a land of active volcanoes , clear, tumbling streams and chilled peaks clad in impenetrable cloudy forest.
Costa Rica itself is about 3 million years old – result of earthquakes and volcanic activity – so, comparing with the rest , Costa Rica is the little baby of our old Earth.
So many types of habitats squeezed into such a tiny area make Costa Rica the premier destination for nature lovers from all over the world .
Tourism remains one of Costa Rica’s top sources of foreign income and other two most profitable sectors are coffee - the coffee of Costa Rica is one of the best - and microchip processing .
Costa Ricans take pride in defining themselves by what they are not. In comparasion with their Central American neighbors, they aren’t poor, they aren’t illiterate and they aren’t beleaguered by political tumult.
Ticos ( Costa Ricans) are very proud of their country, from its ecological jewels , high standard of living and education rate to, above all, the fact that is flourished without an army. They view their country as an oasis of calm in a land that has been continuously degraded by warfare. The Nobel Prize that Oscar Arias received for his work on the Central American peace accords is a point of pride and confirms the general feeling that they are somehow different from a grosser, more violent world. Peace is priceless. Ticos will avoid conflict at all costs, no matter how trifling the topic. They are well-mannered to a fault and will do everything they can to leave a good impression. They are cautious and rarely get passionately involved in a debate or fight. Bullying and yelling will get you nowhere but a smile and a friendly greeting will always succeed. If you ask – How are you? they will answer – Pura Vida! ( pure life) with a big smile on their face!
PURA VIDA is a national expression that sums up the desire to live the best, most hassle-free existence!
In the course of normal day you can fly trough the forests on zip lines, peer into boiling volcanoes, surf oversized waves, scuba dive with dolphins and whales and come face-to-face with poisonous snakes!
Golf lovers will find in Costa Rica many golf clubs even the biggest one from Central America ( 18 holes) located in very luxury area not far from San Jose ( capital of Costa Rica) and international airport.
Surfer dudes, bird nerds, hiking fiends, mountain trekkers, back-to-the-land fans, beach bums and party animals have all found something in common in Costa Rica. The waves are prime, the natural beauty staggering, the peace of life slow, the beer plentiful and the locals friendly. A stronghold of peace in a region torn by strife, this tiny nation attracts a stream of more than a million eager visitors annually!
One author of the guide book of Costa Rica say: ,, maybe if you are a very good person in this life, you will be reincarnated in Costa Rica,, and I totally agree because indeed Costa Rica is the PARADISE ON THE EARTH!!
To visit Costa Rica at least once it’s a MUST and now, soon, you will have the unique opportunity to get a dream vacation in Costa Rica mixed with your kink ! Yes, because we are in the middle of procedures to purchase a beautiful property in Costa Rica . The property named CASA LUNA AZUL ( blue moon house) will be transformed into an special adults club – No prostitution- so when you pack for Costa Rica don’t hesitate to put in your whip, or favorite latex or lingerie and take all your fantasy with you ...here you will get the chances to make them reality in a very special environment . Yeah, as you can see I like to keep the good news for the end – however you can check at www.casa-luna-azul.com to get more info about the concept of the club, what you can and can’t do it there and when we estimated that will be the opening. I, Mistress Luna will be there and welcome you in!
Now if you want to get an even better image about Costa Rica see the pictures I make it during My trip ( not to many I have to admit, but just because of lack of time - buying a property take time!).
The hot spring water at Arenal Volcano – is amazingly experience...feeling like in heaven and never want to live! Spending one day here is reliving your soul and body – take out all the stress and worries!
Loundging near the hot water with a cold fresh pineapple juice ( My favorite but there are many other options of course!) it can be an example of PURA VIDA!

When you get enough hot spring water you can walk along and have a testy coffee while admiring the tumultuous active Arenal Volcano
or you can observe it while you have an exotic exceptional launch in a very cozy restaurant
the hot water is having also therapeutics benefits for your health and if you lie under the water fall ....is like a 10 pair of hands massaging you simultaneous...great ....believe ME!
the area where Jurassic Park was filmed
do as the brown-throated three-toed sloth do it and ,,take it easy,, . Sloth move to slowly that they may take several days to move the distance a monkey can travel in seconds.
You can see sloth very easy ..just keep your eye open!!!

if you like riding ..well ...go on ..they offer many attractive packages for horse riding lovers

or you just observe the wild-life from the small boat along the channels in the jungle ( Tortuguero channels)- in the Caribbean side of Costa Rica

and if you feel hungry..enjoy your meal in one of lounge places in the jungle

don’t be surprise to see many crocodiles along your trip...just be prepared with your camera to get nice shoot because they don’t like if you get to close and simply go under the water or hide under the floating vegetation.

if you want you can walk in the jungle – My advice will be : only with the guide!

the termites nests are everywhere in the jungle! Watch your steps!

hanging monkeys are everywhere...

this is the print of a giant turtle live on the beach’s sand when come in the night from the sea to lay their eggs . visitors are allowed to check out the turtle rookeries at night from Feb. To Nov. And observe eggs being laid or hatching.

a turtle nest....empty now

on the rout you can stop the car and observe from the bridge the crocodile taking the sun bath...they simply love the sun and you will have a great opportunity to get super photos

at the pacific coast –you can see hundreds of monkeys observing you from the trees while you walk to the beautiful beaches and many lizards will look at you with curiosity ...after all you are the visitor -there is their house

the beaches at the pacific coast are splendid...no words can describe ...unforgettable experience

when you go swim make sure you don’t live anything like food or shiny things on the beach or other ways the monkey will still it – they are the only thiefs on there. They are patience and can wait for hours the god moment to get your food bag – do not understand wrong: there is a lot of food for them in the jungle: leaves and fruits but they like the human food too, despite that it can kill them ... that’s why you will see warnings against feeding the monkey everywhere!
