A lot a people are more familiar with Dominant/submissive based relationship; but, I find out that age-play is as a form of D/s that is the most deeply routed in all of us. We were all at one time infants, children and our first power exchange relationship (non-sexual) were with our parents, teachers and other adult authority figures. Maybe you had an unhappy childhood, maybe you want to be little again and see what it’s like with a ‘nice Mammy’ or maybe you want to have a ‘mean Mammy’.

We all have a very strong need to be loved and accepted unconditionally. The childhood you have make the decision of who, what and when  you are! Most of the time this need was strongest when we were young and vulnerable, or perhaps that was the only time when we really did feel we were completely accepted and loved unconditionally, or maybe we weren’t and had always longed for it.

About 3 years a go, I got a request from an Adult-baby for an extended session and that time I haven’t experience with it but, because I am a mother in real life and also because I am always willing to try new things, I thought; - well, why not? Let’s try! It may be an interesting experience!!! And I did it!!! It is indeed very interesting pleasurable and refreshable experience and it fit very well with my dominant personality! For those who never try it I only want to tell them; it is a unique experience, a very complex mix between feelings emotionally, physically and psychological!!! How many of you observe the felling you get once you enter in one baby shops? Walk between toys and baby’s clothes and whether we are parents or not, a great feeling and put a smile on our face!!! It is something like this!!! Since I discover AB/DL world I never refuse such a request!!!

Because I am psychologist I can’t talk about AB session with out sharing with you one interesting observation:

AB games have a high therapeutic potential; you may be a very active person with high responsibility in your everyday life - well, an AB session is very good against stress! Is disconnecting you from all adult life with all of what this is mean: worries, frustrations, problems, responsibility!! All you get is just going back in a sweet peacefully baby life!!! Calm down your soul and remember how good is feeling to smile, to have no worries, to relax!! And you can do all of this just because there is a person who can take care of it all – your Mammy!!!

It is good also for your health, because during the AB game you forget all adults’ bad habit: smoking, alcohol, eating junk food, loosing time in front TV or pc ----all of this are prohibited, your body will feel reborn, fresh, clean and full of energy!!! Of course, there is a lot of erotism in AB games but in case you are a person who find nothing erotic in this…..you may think about the benefit for your mind, soul and body and beside this , how many of our psychological problems have roots in our childhood??? And how many of these are solved by doing kind of time regression??? I’ll let you ponder about it….and when you find the answer I am sure you will think of AB scenes differently!

In the end but not the last, the consensual participation of adults is the key; as age-play has nothing to do with anyone under the age of consenting adults.
